Damen unveils 450-passenger Fast Ferry 5012
Damen has launched the FF 5012, a 50-metre catamaran design derived from its FF 4212 for rougher, open-water routes, carrying up to 450 passengers.

Damen Shipyards Group has unveiled the Fast Ferry 5012, an enlarged version of its FF 4212. The 50-metre catamaran has a higher tunnel to cope with rougher seas, passenger accommodation further aft, and room for retail space and a crew room. Damen says it carries up to 450 passengers within the HSC Code Cat A framework.
